Welcome to OV Home 435, a homely and spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in the gated Southern Dunes community. With a south-facing private pool and a fun games room, this villa provides a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 8 guests.

At the heart of the home is a bright and comfortable family room, complete with cozy sofas, a smart TV, and a beautiful view of the pool area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for your group, featuring a breakfast bar, a casual nook with table and chairs, and a formal dining area for more elegant dinners.

The villa includes two master bedrooms. The king master suite boasts a new king mattress (added in 2024), a walk-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. The second master suite features a queen bed and its own bathroom for added privacy. Two additional twin bedrooms, perfect for children, share a bathroom, and each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, offering Roku and cable services.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy the well-equipped games room with a pool table, perfect for winding down after a day of Orlando fun. The home also offers high-speed internet access to keep you connected throughout your stay.
