Welcome to OV Home 439, also known as Summer Place Villa. This comfortable 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool home is situated within the gated resort of High Grove, a peaceful and well-maintained community. Perfectly located at the intersection of US192 and Highway 27, it offers convenient access to all of Orlando’s top attractions, including Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld.

The home’s open-plan living area is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day exploring the parks. Comfortable sofas and a large-screen TV with cable services make it easy to relax, and the sliding glass doors lead straight out to the private pool deck. High-speed internet is included, ensuring you can stay connected throughout your stay.
